A short note on the group relationship
Lariba Holding is a sister company of MIG Group, the Sudanese group with operating businesses across automotive, engineering, food, development, electronics and exchange services.
How we describe it
- Public language: sister company of MIG Group.
- We do not describe Lariba as a controlled affiliate of MIG, nor do we describe MIG as a parent entity of Lariba.
- Formal corporate ownership and inter-entity legal relationships should be verified through official corporate documents and registry extracts. Documents describing this relationship are being compiled for formal disclosure to verified counterparties.
Why this matters
In a diligence-driven environment, the cleanest path is to describe what the public record evidences, and nothing more. Counterparties who want to verify the relationship through official documents are welcome to open a due diligence enquiry, and the company will support that review.
