Lariba Holding
The group’s GCC arm · HQ in Dubai

A GCC trading platform,
run out of Dubai.

Lariba Holding is the GCC trading arm of the group. From a DMCC desk in Dubai we move electronics, gas oil, auto parts, machinery and paint raw materials across the Gulf, working alongside MIG Group’s operating businesses in Sudan.

01  ·  The promise

A short statement on what the desk exists to do, and what it refuses to do.

Forthegoodoftrade.

We move physical goods between manufacturers, banks and Gulf buyers with the kind of paperwork a serious counterparty can hand to their compliance team without flinching.

02  ·  The work

How a Lariba shipment moves, end to end.

Three stages, the same desk on every one. Sourcing, paperwork, delivery.

STAGE 01  ·  SOURCING

Goods come from named factories, not nameless brokers.

Every consignment travels with an OEM letter or distributor agreement on file. We work through manufacturer and authorised-distributor channels because the surveyor list is shorter and the documentation reads cleaner on the bank side.

STAGE 02  ·  PAPERWORK

Bank-grade paper travels with every box.

Bill of lading, certificate of origin, surveyor report, conformity declaration, MSDS where it applies. Stamped, signed, indexed and ready for the compliance team on the other side. Nothing improvised.

STAGE 03  ·  DELIVERY

Cleared through Jebel Ali, delivered around the Gulf.

Most consignments lift from Jebel Ali, with shorter runs from DXB air freight when timing demands. From the Dubai HQ the desk routes to GCC buyers across Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, on terms the counterparty's bank has already seen.
