About
About Lariba Holding.
The GCC trading arm of the group, headquartered in Dubai. Sister company of MIG Group, working from DMCC since 2013.
Who we are
The group’s GCC arm, one HQ, one clear scope.
Lariba Holding is the trading brand of Lariba General Trading DMCC, a Dubai entity incorporated in 2013 and registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. The HQ runs from Jumeirah Lakes Towers; commercial coverage extends across the six Gulf markets in five trading sectors.
Lariba is a sister company of MIG Group, the Sudanese group behind automotive, engineering, food, development, electronics and exchange businesses. Dubai handles the GCC trading side; Khartoum handles the wider operating businesses. That relationship is described here on the basis of public materials.
Our role
Sitting between manufacturers, banks and Gulf buyers.
Lariba sits between sources and Gulf buyers. The desk takes sourcing, procurement and per-shipment paperwork off the buyer’s plate, with the standards any DMCC trading entity is held to: clear origin, third-party surveying where the contract calls for it, and a paper trail you can hand to your bank.
The team prefers long relationships over volume churn. The paperwork is set up for repeat business with banks, suppliers, customers and institutional partners.
Operating principles
Six commitments.
- Transparency
- Long-term relationships
- Practical execution
- Commercial discipline
- Due diligence readiness
- Cross-market coordination
These are not slogans; they describe how the team approaches day-to-day trading work, counterparty review, and the release of corporate documents.
Governance
Centralised management.
Lariba runs on a centralised management model. Finance, supply chain and after-sales coordination sit under one operating umbrella.
Senior leadership details are shared with verified counterparties during due diligence. The site does not list named individuals; the preference is to release that on request rather than publish it for indexed search.
