As part of the wider group portfolio, GAPCO (Sudan) Ltd represents one of the group's key petroleum businesses, delivering high quality fuels, LPG, and lubricants across Sudan through a trusted nationwide network.

GAPCO (Sudan) Ltd was incorporated in June 1999 after acquiring Agip Sudan Ltd, one of the international companies that helped build Sudan's petroleum infrastructure from the 1950s, including the import, storage, and distribution of petroleum products. Today, GAPCO serves retail and industrial customers through a network of over 65 stations and depots across the country, with operations focused on reliable supply, safety, efficiency, and consistent service standards.

Financial Services

Banking, exchange, and insurance form part of the group's wider range of business activities.

The group's financial services presence spans commercial banking, authorised currency exchange, insurance, and emerging fintech ventures. Its interests include Blue Nile Mashreg Bank, Sudanese French Bank, MIG Exchange, and African Insurance, with several boards chaired by the group's Chairman, Mr Mohamed Ismail.

The wider group portfolio is also developing fintech products through its entities in Canada and the United States, with launch plans targeted for the end of 2026.

Automotive

The group's automotive activities include the export of automotive parts and components sourced through manufacturers, authorised dealers, and distributor channels. This includes parts trading supported by proper documentation, origin invoices, and OEM references where applicable.

The wider portfolio also includes authorised dealership and distribution relationships for selected car brands in specific markets, including Renault and Skoda in Sudan.

Industrial and Agricultural Solutions

The group's agriculture and power solutions activities focus on the trading and distribution of machinery, tractors, equipment, generators, and solar power solutions across African markets.

Through its network and commercial partnerships, the group represents and supplies renowned international brands including Indo Farm, Belarus Tractors, PRAMAC, AGG, and ATF. This sector supports customers across agriculture, infrastructure, industry, and power generation by providing reliable equipment, practical solutions, and access to established global manufacturers.

Manufacturing and Consumer Goods

The group's manufacturing and consumer goods interests include paints, coatings, biscuits, and bottled water production across Sudan and selected African markets.

African Paints Factory manufactures industrial and commercial paints and coatings through a dedicated production facility in Sudan. Its operations are supported by the sourcing and use of key raw materials such as pigments, resins, solvents, and additives required for high quality paint formulations.

The wider portfolio also includes a biscuit factory producing consumer products for the African market, including brands such as Bisco and Tao Tao. In bottled water, Moya Pure represents the group's premium hydration brand in Sudan, offering carefully sourced, purified, and bottled water produced to high quality standards.

Electronics

The group's electronics activities include the sourcing, distribution, and export of consumer and commercial electronic goods through verified manufacturer and distributor relationships.

The wider portfolio also includes authorised distribution relationships for a range of electronic brands in Sudan.
